90-day guarantee

PuppyPad comes with a 90-day guarantee that starts on the delivery date. Whether your dog ignores the pad or it simply isn't right for you, you'll get a full refund, with no restocking fee.

How to ask for a refund

Email trangbui24092002@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll reply within 24 hours with the next steps. If a return is needed, we'll send you the return details; items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong size or colour, email us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

When you'll see your money

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
